TERMS OF SERVICE
Before ordering a commission, please READ the terms and conditions below:GENERAL:
☆ Service may be denied under any circumstance.
PAYMENTS:
☆ All payments will be made through VGen.UPDATES, REVISIONS AND DELIVERY
☆ A WIP sketch will be sent after payment.
☆ No major lineart corrections are allowed. Color and minor detail corrections are free of charge.
☆ If there is no communication for 2 weeks from the client after sending the WIP, the commission will be bumped to the bottom of the queue.
☆ If there is no communication for 2 months from the client from the initial order date, the commission is forfeited and no further updates will be given.
☆ Detailed updates will be given until completion.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
☆ All commissions are expected to be completed within a 2 month timeframe. A full resolution PNG file of the commission will be given to the client through VGen upon completion.USE AND MONETIZATION:
☆ The finished artwork is for personal, non-commercial use ONLY. Reproductions or alterations of the piece for monetary purposes are NOT allowed. Reselling completed artwork will prohibit the client from ordering any services in the future.
☆ Alterations made for PERSONAL USE, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, and home wall prints are allowed.REFUNDS:
☆ Refunds will not be provided unless I am unable to complete the commission within the designated 2 month timeframe. A full refund will be given if no progress on the order has been made.
☆ In the case of progression made up to the line-art stage upon surpassing the 2 month timeframe, a 75% refund will be offered to the client.COMMUNICATION:
☆ Communication with clients will be through VGen, unless requested otherwise to facilitate more frequent updates (Ex. Discord).WILL AND WONT DRAW:
WILL DRAW: Original Characters, Fanart, Ship Art, Furry/Anthropomorphic
WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW, Bigotry, Mecha, Detailed Armor
